City of Brockville Seeks Development Proposals for Former Woolworth’s Building

The City of Brockville has released the Request for Proposal to re-develop the former Woolworth’s building at 36-46 King Street West. This project brings the opportunity to develop a prestigious downtown Brockville location and enhance our community.

The City hopes to partner with the chosen developer to re-develop the property and bring positive change to downtown Brockville. Part of the proposal submission will be the developers vision and plans to transform this iconic location. After a poll to the community undertaken by the City most residents hope to see commercial & retail space or a public use space.
