Structural Engineer’s Report in Florida Condo Collapse
In 2018, A structural engineer reviewed the condominium that collapsed in Florida in June 2021.
The report called for serious repairs to the primary structural system of the concrete slab and piers. The report indicated re-cracking of a previously repaired slab and extensive water damage throughout the building.
