Intermediate Ontario Licensed Architect (OAA)
IN Engineering + Surveying is looking for an Intermediate Ontario Licensed Architect (OAA) that can manage our Architectural Division and assist our team by providing the services of an architect on our projects. Consideration will be made for qualified persons to become a partner within the firm.

We specialize in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional construction and development projects—whether large or small.
A vibrant and modern company, IN Engineering + Surveying also stands on decades of experience and reliability. We recently acquired Collett Surveying Ltd., who provided surveying services for 35 years and can trace its history back to 1881. Our vision is to lead our industries into the future by leveraging the latest technologies including GPS, 3D scanning and modelling, drone surveys, and augmented and virtual reality. We will continue to offer quality land surveying services as we expand into a multi-disciplinary team of engineers.
Where We Are
IN Engineering + Surveying is centrally located in Brockville, Ontario, to provide services to Eastern Ontario—including Kingston, Ottawa, Cornwall, Perth, Smiths Falls, and Kemptville.
Who We Need
Our ideal candidate is an experienced and motivated individual who can take on a team leadership role with our existing staff and build successful relationships with our clients. Also required is the ability to assist with company management such as workload planning, staff development and project budget control. He/she is looking for a place to flex design skills and make a real difference with their work. We will accept applications from persons interested in telecommuting most days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the architectural division.
- Provide architectural review and sealing on plans.
- Manage projects and clients.
- Assist the engineering division by providing architectural expertise.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a licensed architect in Ontario (OAA).
- Must be able to hold a Certificate of Authorization from OAA.
- Must be able to work independently as well in a team.
- Interested in running a business, business development and networking
- Interested in working and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

For this position
Starting Salary: $60,000 to $95,000 based on experience.
