Seniors Community Proposed on Parkdale Ave
A seniors community is being proposed at the West end of Parkdale Ave behind the former Wendy’s building. The community will offer 55+ seniors with rental bungalow townhomes and include a clubhouse and fitness club.
The proposed development will feature 90 rental townhouse dwellings with 1 or 2 bedrooms. For more information check out the full presentation on the City of Brockville website.
